GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Hotel reservations can only be registered and validated by our establishment after reception of a deposit as stipulated in the sales proposition or on our website; or after validation of a credit card which will serve as a guarantee.

(1) Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the arrival date (*), unless it is stipulated otherwisein the confirmation addressed to the client, or according to specific commercial conditions mentionned on Hotel Saint Christophes' data processing supports of marketing.

(*) Rooms are available from 2:00 PM (local time)

In case of late cancellation (1) or no-show, the deposit or the credit card guarantee would be used to cover the cancellation cost mentionned in the booking confirmation.
The cost of any extras (minibar, telephone, internet...) not explicitly included in the room rate will be payable before departure.

Your hotel bill must be settled in full when you vacate your room (before 10:30 AM on day of departure), unless otherwise stipulated.

The applicable law is french law. Any difficulty relating to the validity and/or application and/or interpretation of these general conditions will be presented, unless there is an out of court settlement, to the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris (France), where both parties will be summoned whatever the defendant's adress may be. This clause by specific agreement of both parties will be applied even in the case of emergency interim procedure.

In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January the 6th 1978, you have right of access, and opposition to, and rectification of all registered data which concerned you.
